Four little arrows —
and what they know about you

Next to every Human Design chart are four inconspicuous arrows. Behind them lies a very subtle layer of Human Design: how your body takes in food and impressions, which environment suits you and how your mind perceives and processes. This course translates them — using your own chart, no prior knowledge needed.

Which chart would you like to learn with?

The course calculates your four arrows live: you’ll see each layer in your own design. You can switch at any time.

The seven lessons at a glance

The four arrows at the edge of your chart: how your body takes in food, which environment suits you, and how your mind perceives and processes. Each lesson stands on its own. About 32 minutes in total.

  1. Lesson 01 · 5 min

    Four everyday questions

What the arrows answer — shown using your own chart.

    • Top left: food · bottom left: places · top right: drive · bottom right: lens.
    • The left arrows belong to your body, the right ones to your mind.
    • No value is better than another — and all of it is fine-tuning behind Strategy and Authority.
  2. Lesson 02 · 4 min

    Focused or open

The one thing every arrow tells you at a glance.

    • Left = focused (one thing, plans, routine) · right = open (taking things in, the moment, variety).
    • Neither direction is better — each has its own source of strength.
  3. Lesson 03 · 5 min

    How your body eats

The top-left arrow: digestion and your body’s sense (PHS).

    • Six digestion styles: on the lower steps, the food itself matters; on the upper steps, the surroundings.
    • Your style comes in two variations — yours is fixed in your chart.
    • PHS is an experiment in observation — not a diet and not a promise of healing.
  4. Lesson 04 · 4 min

    Where you thrive

    The bottom-left arrow: your environment.

    • Six landscapes — each describes a quality of place, not an address.
    • Left: a stable place, actively going toward things. Right: a change of scenery, letting things come to you.
    • Environment means a quality, not moving house — and the Node arrows are especially reliable.
  5. Lesson 05 · 5 min

    What your mind wants

The right side: motivation and perspective — and the transference trap.

    • Top right: motivation (drive). Bottom right: perspective (filter).
    • All six colors are equally valuable — every lens sees what the others miss.
    • You may notice transference when you realize your thinking is more and more shaped by the opposite motivation. The point isn’t to actively force yourself back, but simply to recognize the pattern in the first place.
  6. Lesson 06 · 5 min

    A look under the hood

Where the values come from — and how reliable they are.

    • Line → 6 colors (the theme) → 6 tones (mode + direction) → 5 bases*.
    • The Sun values depend on minutes of birth time — the Node values are especially robust.
    • The base will be added once its accuracy has been fully verified.
  7. Lesson 07 · 4 min

    Your Variable at a glance

All four arrows together — plus one honest question.

    • Body on the left, mind on the right — Sun/Earth at the top, Nodes at the bottom.
    • Color = theme, tone = variation and direction. 16 combinations — yours is fixed.
